Interactions

Avoid all drug combinations. Pulegone is metabolized to toxic hepatotoxin.

Side Effects

TOXIC: Liver failure, kidney failure, seizures, coma, death. Even small amounts of the oil can be fatal.

Surgery: Do not use.
Liver: CRITICAL: Pulegone causes severe, potentially fatal liver damage. NEVER use essential oil internally.
Kidney: CRITICAL: May cause kidney failure.
Allergy: Mint family allergy.
