Move beyond hot/cold/damp/dry into the assessment tools that make clinical herbalism work

Twelve lessons that take the beginner-level four-quadrant model into real clinical assessment. You will learn pulse-taking from multiple traditions, basic tongue diagnosis, the six-tissue-state vocabulary, how the three doshas and four humours map onto modern energetic work, how to run a constitutional intake conversation, and how to triangulate pulse, tongue, and history into a usable picture of the person in front of you.

What you'll learn

Run a basic pulse assessment using positions, depths, and qualities, and document your findings in a way another practitioner could read
Read a tongue for shape, color, coat, and moisture, and connect what you see to the body's underlying tissue state
Speak the six-tissue-state vocabulary fluently and use it to organize what you learn from intake, pulse, and tongue
Conduct a 30-45 minute constitutional intake conversation that surfaces energetic patterns without leading the client
Triangulate at least three data sources (intake, pulse, tongue) into a working assessment before recommending any herb
