It uses keyword matching and a medical synonym library of 1,800+ terms to understand what you're looking for, then returns relevant herbs with preparation guides, safety data, and related products.

The Essential Oil Finder matches your query against 36 therapeutic property categories (like analgesic, calming, decongestant, etc.) to find the most relevant essential oils. Each oil is scored based on how many of its therapeutic properties align with your needs. Results include safety ratings, dilution guidelines, application methods, and contraindications.

The Remedy Finder matches your symptom description against our classical homeopathic materia medica. It uses body region mapping and symptom keyword matching to score remedies, with extra weight given to keynote symptoms and modalities. Results include the remedy's key indications, mind symptoms, "better from / worse from" modalities, and potency guidance.

If you create a Health Profile (age, sex, medications, conditions, allergies, supplements), our finder tools will cross-reference results against your profile to generate personalized safety warnings — such as flagging potential drug-herb interactions, age-specific cautions, or allergy concerns. Without a profile, you still get results with general safety information.

Yes — if you have an account, you can save any finder result for later reference using the "Save Result" button. Your saved results are accessible from the Saved Results page. Results are saved as a snapshot from the time of your search.

Yes. All herb profiles go through a review workflow in our content management system before being published. Our profiles are compiled from established ethnobotanical references, published research, pharmacopoeia monographs, and traditional use documentation. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) starts at $5.99. Priority Mail is $9.99, Priority Express is $24.99, and UPS Ground is $8.99. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Rates are for the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery takes 3–7 business days for standard, 2–3 days for Priority, and 1–2 days for Express. Total time from order to delivery is processing time plus shipping time.

No — at this time we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unopened and in original sealed packaging. Opened herbal supplements, essential oils, and homeopathic remedies cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons. Contact us at admin@healixnaturalsolutions.com to initiate a return.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. You will not need to return damaged items in most cases.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and cannot be viewed or recovered by anyone, including our team.
