4. Finder Tools & Health Profiles

Our Herbal Support Finder, Essential Oil Finder, and Homeopathic Remedy Finder (collectively, "Finder Tools") use keyword matching algorithms to suggest herbs, oils, or remedies based on your search terms. These tools:

• Are educational reference tools, not diagnostic or prescriptive services
• Use automated keyword matching — not artificial intelligence, machine learning, or medical expertise
• May not account for all possible interactions, contraindications, or individual health factors
• Include a triage safety system that blocks or warns on potentially dangerous queries

If you create a Health Profile, the information you provide (age, sex, medications, conditions, allergies, supplements) is used solely to generate personalized safety warnings alongside finder results. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Health profile data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All finder queries are logged for quality improvement and safety auditing. You may save finder results to your account for personal reference. Saved results reflect the information available at the time of the query and may not be updated if our databases change.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products. Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Due to the nature of herbal products and dietary supplements, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Homeopathic remedies and essential oils that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.
