At Healix Natural Solutions, we want your experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Below you'll find our complete shipping and returns information. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information when it ships.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Note: We carefully package all herbal products, essential oils, and homeopathic remedies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Some items may require special handling which can add a day to processing.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped (not when it is placed). Total time from order to delivery is processing time + shipping time.
Factors that may affect delivery time:
- Weather events and natural disasters
- Federal holidays and carrier delays
- Remote or rural delivery areas
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Healix Natural Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, then reach out to us if you need further assistance.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can also log into your account to view your order status and history.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- You must contact us at admin@healixnaturalsolutions.com to initiate a return before shipping the item back
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
To initiate a return, email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Herbal supplements and dietary products (opened or with broken seals)
- Essential oils (opened or with broken seals)
- Homeopathic remedies — pellets, liquids, tablets (opened)
- Carrier oils and blending supplies (opened)
- Bulk herbs and loose-leaf teas (opened)
- Personal care items (opened)
- Gift cards and digital products
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
If you received a sealed product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, this restriction does not apply — see "Damaged or Incorrect Orders" below.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost — see "Damaged or Incorrect Orders" below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we will make it right — no hassle.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at admin@healixnaturalsolutions.com
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and the packaging
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. You will not be required to return damaged items in most cases.
