Comparative Materia Medica
Mercurius has eye/ear discharge but more acute. Sulphur has scrofula but with more skin involvement. Calcarea has scrofula but fat and sweaty.
Safety Information
Hepar sulphuris.
Mercuric sulphide (cinnabar) is poorly absorbed and relatively non-toxic compared to other mercury compounds. Still contains mercury — use potentised forms.
