Enormous spleen — the chief indication. Deep stitching, cutting pain in left hypochondrium. Cannot lie on left side from splenic pain. Chilly, cannot get warm. Chronic malarial splenomegaly. Blood dyscrasia — anemia, leucocytosis. Pain radiates to left shoulder. Liver may be co-involved. Mother tincture for spleen support.

Spleen and blood. Worse from motion, lying on left side, cold, damp. Better from rest, lying on right side, warmth.

Enormous spleen — hard, painful, stitching. Left hypochondrium painful and tender. Cannot lie on left side. Liver enlarged too. Deep cutting pain. Chronic malarial spleen.
Chest
Dyspnoea from splenic pressure. Oppression left side.

Pain in left side radiating to back and left shoulder.
Extremities
Chilliness. Cold extremities. Weakness.
