Sensation of sitting on a ball or swelling in perineum. Must strain to begin urinating — stands with feet wide apart and body inclined forward. Prostate enlargement with urinary obstruction. Scanty, turbid, offensive urine with ropy mucus. Chronic cystitis. Stricture sensation.
