Sudden collapse with cyanosis — blue face, gasping, cold body. Convulsions with blue face. Feeble pulse — almost imperceptible. Asphyxia. Paralysis of respiration. Cold, blue, collapsed. Used for states resembling cyanide poisoning — sudden cardiac/respiratory arrest.
