Keynote Symptoms
Fear of water (hydrophobia) — the sight, sound, or thought of water causes convulsive symptoms. Hypersensitivity to all stimuli — light, noise, touch, air currents. Profuse thick, ropy saliva that cannot be swallowed. Convulsive spasms from slight stimulation. Ailments from animal bites, dog bites. Snarling, snapping impulses. Tormented by desires they consider wrong.
Mind & Emotional Symptoms
Tormented by desires they consider wrong or immoral — constant fight between impulse and conscience. Irritable, snapping, snarling. Hyperactive. Fear of dogs, being alone, shining objects, water, insanity. Compulsive urge to bite. Sensation of being two persons.
General Symptoms
Hypersensitivity to all stimuli. Worse from sight/sound of water, bright/dazzling objects, heat of sun, draft of air, bending head backward. Better from gentle rubbing, bending forward.
Physical Symptoms
