Keynote Symptoms
Left-sided tonsillitis — the exact mirror of Merc-i-f. Left tonsil swollen, dark red, may ulcerate. Sore throat starting on left side. Left cervical glands swollen and hard. Chronic glandular enlargement. Stiff neck.

Similar to Mercurius sol but milder.
General Symptoms
Left-sided throat affections. Worse from left side, empty swallowing, damp, night. Better from cold drinks.
