Keynote Symptoms
Dark red or purple throat with pain shooting to ears on swallowing. Breast hard, lumpy, very painful with pain radiating from nipple all over body. Glandular swelling and hardening. Aching, sore, bruised throughout, restless but motion does not relieve. Irresistible desire to bite the teeth together. Pain at root of tongue.
Mind & Emotional Symptoms
Indifference. Restlessness. Fear of death. Groaning. Cannot be made comfortable in any position.
General Symptoms
Worse from cold damp, motion (though restless), night, swallowing hot drinks, right side. Better from warmth, dry weather, rest, cold drinks.

Dark red or purple, swollen. Pain shoots to ears on swallowing. Cannot swallow hot drinks. Tonsils enlarged, dark, ulcerated. Diphtheritic membrane. Sensation of a lump.

Irresistible desire to clench teeth. Pain at root of tongue extending to ears on swallowing.

Aching, sore, as if beaten. Pain in sacrum.
Extremities
Rheumatic pains, worse from motion and damp. Shooting pains. Periosteal pains. Pain in heels.
Skin
Boils, carbuncles. Glandular swelling. Dark discoloration. Ulcers.
Female Genitalia
Mastitis with stony hard breast and radiating pains. Painful nursing. Breast abscess. Mammary tumours.
