Keynote Symptoms
Uterine hemorrhage — profuse, bright red, partly clotted, gushing, worse from the least motion. Threatened miscarriage at third month. Pain from sacrum to pubis — the characteristic direction (Sepia reverses: pubis to sacrum). Fig-warts with intolerable itching and burning. Music is unbearable. Gout.
Mind & Emotional Symptoms
Irritable, cannot bear music — it goes through the bones. Hypochondriacal. Despondent. Wants to be alone.
General Symptoms
Worse from motion, heat, warm air, warm room, night, touch, pregnancy. Better from cool fresh air, cold applications.

Hemorrhoids with bright blood. Bloody, mucous stool. Fig-warts around anus.
Female Genitalia
Uterine hemorrhage — profuse, bright, partly clotted, with labor-like pains from sacrum to pubis. Menorrhagia. Threatened miscarriage (third month). Retained placenta with hemorrhage. After-pains. Inflammation of uterus or ovaries after delivery. Leucorrhea.

Inflammatory gonorrhea with fig-warts. Condylomata on prepuce.

Comparative Materia Medica
Thuja also has fig-warts but with more left-sided symptoms and mental fixed ideas. Nitricum acidum has warts at mucocutaneous junctions. Ipecacuanha has uterine hemorrhage with persistent nausea and bright red blood. Secale has hemorrhage but dark, non-coagulating blood.

Juniperus sabina is highly toxic. Contains sabinol and podophyllotoxin. Historically used as an abortifacient — extremely dangerous. Causes severe GI irritation, uterine hemorrhage, kidney damage, death. Use only potentised forms.
