Apis has urticaria but with more oedema and is better from cold. Rhus tox has itching vesicles but more restlessness and better from warmth. Arsenicum has burning skin but with more anxiety and restlessness.

Dock leaves (traditional antidote to stinging nettle). No well-documented homeopathic antidotes.
Stinging nettle causes local irritation and hives from contact with formic acid in the hairs. Widely used as food (cooked) and herbal tea. Very low systemic toxicity. Safe in all potencies.
