Overview

While "adrenal fatigue" isn't formally recognized medically, HPA axis dysfunction from chronic stress is real. Adaptogenic herbs have well-established support for stress resilience and recovery.

Common Symptoms

Fatigue (especially morning), needing caffeine to function, cravings for salty foods, difficulty handling stress, brain fog, low mood, weakened immunity.
