Overview

Gout is inflammatory arthritis from uric acid crystal deposition. Dietary changes and herbs can significantly reduce attacks. Severe cases may need medication.

Common Symptoms

Sudden severe joint pain (often big toe at night), redness, swelling, warmth, extreme tenderness, fever, attacks may last days to weeks.
