Cool showers/baths, stay hydrated, avoid further sun, aloe vera, ibuprofen for inflammation, don't pop blisters, moisturize, wear loose clothing.
Aloe Vera (fresh plant best) is the gold standard for sunburn relief. Calendula salve or oil for healing. Green Tea cooled topically. Lavender oil diluted. Witch Hazel for cooling. Internally: Turmeric for inflammation. Vitamin E orally and topically. Cool chamomile tea compresses.
