Bornyl acetate (40–60%), borneol, camphene, alpha-thujone, beta-thujone

Clarifying and opening. Helps with emotional congestion, stuckness, and inability to express feelings. Promotes letting go and emotional release, particularly of grief stored in the lungs.

Contraindications
Avoid in pregnancy. Avoid with epilepsy (thujone lowers seizure threshold). Do not confuse with Inula helenium. Avoid prolonged use.

How to Use This Oil

Common Ways to Use
Diffusion

Topical Application
Dilute to 3% in a carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut). Apply to desired area. Always patch test first.
Direct Inhalation
Add 1-2 drops to a tissue or personal inhaler. Breathe in gently. Good for quick relief and on-the-go use.
Massage
Blend at 3% dilution in a massage carrier oil. Apply with gentle strokes to the desired area.
Compress
Add 3-4 drops to a bowl of warm or cool water. Soak a cloth, wring out, and apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
