Profoundly sedating and calming. Helps with insomnia, anxiety, nervous tension, restlessness, and stress-related conditions. Quiets an overactive mind. Supports deep relaxation and letting go. Useful for panic attacks and nervous exhaustion.

Drug Interactions
SIGNIFICANT: Potentiates sedatives, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, sleep medications, antihistamines, and CNS depressants. May potentiate anesthesia — discontinue 2 weeks before surgery.

Toxic to cats. Interestingly, cats are attracted to the scent but the oil is harmful. Use caution around dogs.

How to Use This Oil

Common Ways to Use
Diffusion
Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water. Run for 30-60 minutes at a time with breaks. Ensure good ventilation.
Topical Application
